“I enjoy working in a fast-moving technical environment that keeps me on my toes.  And I like working in a job that gives me moments every day when I feel good about being able to help dealers.  I walk a lot of dealers through our inventory management tool so they can actively manage their inventory for display on websites and portals.  The atmosphere at DMI supports me doing my best every day.”

“I feel a real sense of accomplishment when I know I’ve provided high quality service to our clients and their dealers.  The work atmosphere at DMI encourages me to do great things, challenge myself, and always provide quality service.  In addition to my normal responsibilities, I’ve had the privilege and freedom to create internal training presentations and a wiki that new associates use all the time.

Some of my work in the InfoIQ Support Center has led to improvements in our data management and data cleansing.  DMI is relaxed and open, and that fosters teamwork between departments and ultimately higher quality data and better service to our clients.”

“I get satisfaction from knowing that I really helped someone.  By fixing a problem or teaching a dealer how to use our tools, I’m ensuring that our client is really getting their money’s worth.  Just today, I was able to help a dealership IT manager install our InfoIQ SafeLink software.  It’s going to save the dealer time and be more secure.”

“I find it extremely rewarding to work with dealers to understand their issue, research and identify the root cause, and effectively resolve the issue.  Recently, a dealership called very concerned that their inventory data wasn’t getting to a third-party website correctly.  After some initial investigation, I determined the data export was setup properly, so I conferenced in the third-party and identified the issue.  We implemented the solution, and the next day I checked again to make sure everything was working correctly for the dealer.  I called them to follow up and they were extremely appreciative of the extra effort I made to ensure their concern was resolved.”

I recently helped an Internet manager at a dealership who was new in her job.  I explained how our data extraction worked, step-by-step, to get their inventory and images from a third-party provider they use, to their website.  She was so happy—she thanked me for making the whole process so easy for her.”
