DATA ACQUISITION
InfoIQ™ collects all kinds of data from a variety of system
types including: dealer management systems, customer
relationship management systems, and lead management
systems.
For each of these system types, DMi has a
rigorous certification process ensuring in-depth
knowledge of the processed
information and how each system uniquely interacts and
manipulates that data.
DMi has its own data specification
acquisition standard provided with each of our data
applications. However,
DMi fully supports the STAR standard and will accept
data in other formats as well.
Certified Dealer Management
Systems include: ADP Elite, ADP Alliance, ADP ARG,
Reynolds and Reynolds, UCS, Procede,
Canadian Alliance, Automate, AutoSoft, and Adam. All
other system types can be and are supported throughout
DMi's current install base.
DATA PROCESSING
InfoIQ™ subjects your business data to a rigorous process
to ensure that it is accurate, comprehensive and up to
date:
InfoIQ™ cleanses raw data of errors and
inconsistencies, standardizes on common formats and
highlights exceptions
to InfoIQ Support personnel to be corrected.
It enhances the data by correcting errors
introduced during data entry and adding any missing
information.
By applying your business rules, it accommodates
idiosyncrasies in data entry procedures and supports
the flexibility dealers require in program administration.
Some
of InfoIQ's data enhancement procedures include
interior/exterior description, trim level and
color standardization, service operation description
standardization, vehicle identification number
(VIN) decoding and USPS address validation.
DATA DELIVERY
Data that has been fully processed and validated is
considered "transactable," or
transaction-ready, and can easily be delivered to a variety
of locations including:
Major Internet portals
Dealer websites
CRM applications
Third-party direct mail
vendors and call centers
InfoIQ™ can deliver data to a single location or multiple
locations. Or it can store processed data on DMi servers,
which are co-located at a state-of-the-art third-party
facility.

but DMi customers select and receive only the
combination of data types that meet their needs.
